I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Costa Rica, especially because of the friendly and helpful staff. The location in Palermo was fantastic, close to great restaurants and bars. However, I had some issues with the ground floor room being too loud due to the lack of soundproofing and an awkward bathroom setup. Breakfast, while simple, could use some improvement.
